Beer & Gear: Rascals Joins Up With Music Maker
We’ve always wanted to be in a band and now we’re one step closer, sort of. We’ve teamed up with Music Maker on Exchequer Street in Dublin and brewed an exclusive beer – Rockstore Pale Ale – for their new series of in-store events called Beer & Gear.
These nights will include everything from focusing on iconic instruments and their legacy in modern music to special guests chatting about classic albums. Guests will also enjoy the new Music Maker beer, brewed solely for the legendary music shop by Rascals Beer.
The first event is Thursday December 5th at 6.30pm and will feature the one and only Gibson Les Paul. Among the panel of guest speakers talking all things tins and tunes is our own marketing manager Joe Donnelly, who incidentally has his own podcast series called Tins & Tunes – available on iTunes and wherever you get your podcasts – and top DJ and Today FM presenter Claire Beck, who knows more than a thing or two about classic albums.
Three classic albums, indebted to the Gibson Les Paul, will be up for discussion: Exile on Main Street, Led Zeppelin II and Appetite for Destruction. There will be tunes, there will be chats, there will be beers. What more could you want?
Tickets are only €8 but they are VERY limited so click here to get yours before they sell out.
Rock on dudes.
