Where is my tracking number? You will receive an email from Fastway directly with your tracking number once you have placed your order.


My delivery has not arrived. How do I check the status of my order? Visit and enter the tracking number you received from Fastway.


I missed the delivery. What do I do? If the Fastway driver cannot complete the delivery and cannot reach you by phone to make an alternative arrangement, they will make another delivery attempt on the following business day. If you would like to contact Fastway to make an alternative delivery arrangement then you can find the contact details for your local depot at

My order arrived damaged: Occasionally damages can occur in transit and unfortunately this is beyond our control. In the rare occasion your order arrives damaged please email us at


Can I add a gift note or special delivery instruction to my order? You can add a short note (max 35 characters) to the order. This can be added at the checkout.


Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and mainland UK? Due to Brexit we can only deliver to Northern Ireland.


Is it true Rascals has its own off-licence? Yes, it is. That’s why we no longer have ‘collection’ as an option on our webshop; we have our own dedicated off-licence at Rascals HQ Inchicore. It’s open Mon-Fri from 4pm, Sat and Sun from 1pm.
