Grab Delivery is our delivery partner.
Once your parcel is processed by Grab you will receive an SMS with a live tracking link attached.
Please check your tracking link for the latest delivery updates.
SMS are only sent to valid Irish mobile numbers. If you have used a landline or an international number you will not receive your SMS, so please contact Rascals via email@example.com
The tracking link provided will update with an ETA after 2:30pm once routing takes place.
Grab deliver between 3pm – 8:30pm.
A Grab Delivery driver will:
Call you when we have arrived at your premise.
Knock at the delivery address. If they are unsuccessful:
A call will be attempted to the number provided. If this is unsuccessful:
The Driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the time of arrival. If unsuccessful:
Grab will reattempt to deliver your parcel the following day.
The driver will return the goods to Grab Delivery Warehouse in Ossory Road Industrial Estate, Ossory Road, Eastwall, Dublin 3, D03C972.
Goods can be collected up to 5pm on the next day the order is dispatched if you have requested a collection from Grab Warehouse.
Update Delivery Information
You can update the driver directly via the tracking link provided.
They cannot change the delivery address whilst your package is in transit. If this is required a Grab driver will re-attempt the following day.

Can I add a gift note or special delivery instruction to my order? You can add a short note (max 35 characters) to the order. This can be added at the checkout.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and mainland UK? We only deliver to Northern Ireland.
Is it true Rascals has its own off-licence? Yes, it is. That’s why we no longer have ‘collection’ as an option on our webshop; we have our own dedicated off-licence at Rascals HQ Inchicore. It’s open Mon-Fri from 4pm, Sat and Sun from 1pm.
