We’re looking for Inchicore’s Next Top Pizza Chef!
Last year we held the inaugural competition and it was tremendous. The standard was incredible, the pizzas were delish and we had to close off entries due to the high volume. In the end, there could only be one winner and that was Michael McCarthy. His pizza consisted of a white creamy base, with mozzarella, smoked Applewood, bacon lardons, onion, honey drizzle, a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
Reckon you can do better? If you fancy wowing us (and potentially our customers) with your pizza skillz, then please fire your hat in the ring for a fun event here on the afternoon of Sunday 28th May. Anyone can enter, from anywhere and there are no age restrictions.
We’re looking for pizza enthusiasts and home-cook heroes to battle it out for the title of Inchicore’s Next Top Pizza Chef.
The three judges will be Rascals co-founder and pizza fanatic Emma Devlin, one of our pizza chefs of course, and renowned pizza chef and consultant Reggie White. Our marketing manager Joe Donnelly will be MC so you can expect lots of terrible jokes plenty of craic for the afternoon.
1st prize: your pizza recipe will become a monthly special here at Rascals HQ, plus a case of beer!
2nd prize: €50 voucher for Rascals HQ!
3rd prize: case of Rascals core beer of your choice!

Rules: no professional chefs are allowed enter.
(In the event of the competition being over-subscribed we may not be able to accept all applicants, due to space and time constraints. Our head chef will choose a maximum number of entrants.)
