The third in an exciting 3-beer release. We call it the Rascals IPA Outbreak Series: three seriously classy IPAs, each with a particular inspiration.

The third release in our Rascals IPA Outbreak Series, following our Midwest IPA and Session IPA, is a hoppy and crisp Cold IPA. It’s a refreshing, clean and crushable 5.8% beer brewed with Motueka, Pacific Sunrise and Galaxy hop oil. Talk about southern hemisphere hoppy heaven! The beer is cold fermented for a snappy finish, which really allows the hops to burst through. Rice in the grain bill gives the beer a light body and mouthfeel while keeping it dry. We’re finishing our IPA Outbreak series for 2023 with an absolute belter!
