The Full Story
Rolling out of the wilderness to represent the SOUTH, this brand new DDH NEIPA is powered by two epic hop strains native to Australia. As befits the NE style, we started off by stacking the grain bill with wheat and oats, giving a big body and creamy mouthfeel. We chose 6% as the ABV, making it hefty enough to back these adventurous flavours up without becoming overwhelming. All setting the perfect stage for our two Aussie champions, Galaxy and Eclipse, who bang through the gates with punchy notes of peach and passionfruit, deepened by mandarin and citrus peel in the aroma. Our bold Double-Dry-Hopped NEIPA pours a hazy yellow, rich enough to be almost orange, with a fluffy white head and gorgeous pillowy texture. We don’t think there’s a better style to showcase these fruit-bomb hops, or a better pairing to represent their hemisphere in the showdown with the NORTH.
