Big Hop Red, a 5% hoppy ale, is brewed with lots of American aroma varieties: Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic and Ekuanot. The hops offer pine and resin on the nose with lots of fruity citrus in the flavour. It’s all finely balanced by caramel and biscuit malt notes. Hoppy and malty, the best of both worlds!
