Payment Terms
Bookings for exclusive use of The Loft are subject to a minimum spend, which typically ranges from €750 – €1,500 depending on the day of your booking. This total includes a €300 non-refundable Loft hire fee, with the remaining minimum spend made up through food and drinks.

The Loft – Booking Terms
We require a minimum group spend of €1,500 on the night (including food, drinks, and €300 non-refundable deposit). The minimum spend for Sundays through Wednesdays is €750. This helps us keep things fair and worthwhile when reserving the space exclusively. If the minimum spend is not reached, the balance is charged as venue hire.
We have a full bar including spirits, cocktails and wine. Our bar closes at 12.30am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11.30pm otherwise. There’s a half hour ‘drinking up time’ after the bar closes.
