Empire Haze 6%

We’ve produced this 6% belter in collaboration with three of the finest New York breweries known to humankind: Finback, KCBC, Return Brewing. Not only that, we’ve enlisted Crosby Hops with our friends at Loughran Brewing Stores for a rather special hoppy bonus: we are one of only a handful of breweries in Ireland and Europe to be brewing with Vista CGX hops. Imagine delicate orange, pear, and apricot flavours and aromas; the hops really bring this NEIPA to another level.

It’s a certified hazy big hitter, with an abundance of ripe stone fruit and floral tones carrying through to the finish. Empire Haze is bolstered on the cold side with Cascade CGX hops bringing subtle spice and citrus, while a little Idaho 7 yields pine and grapefruit. Wheat and oats bulk up the body, giving a pillowy mouthfeel and cloudy complexion from first sup to last drop.
