Hibiscus has a distinct flavour when used in brewing. Up front is a fruity tartness, with a subtle sweetness lingering in the background. There are also floral qualities too, not least with the aroma of rose petals and wildflowers. We added lemon to the recipe just for an extra citrus kick, guaranteeing this summer-style beer will pulverize your thirst.
