Rock Shandy Pale Ale

We collaborated with Club Rock Shandy to produce a gorgeously refreshing beer! There’s a big hit of fresh citrus orange on the nose that carries through on the taste before developing into a nice bitter-sweet lemon. We used orange and lemon peel in the whirlpool and then added the juice of both during fermentation. The bitterness then follows through into the classic New England IPA style, with Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops providing stone fruit and orange flavours.
