The Full Story

Pacific Secret is pale yellow, brewed with Lager and wheat malts but it’s the hops and French Saison yeast which really bring the spritely character to Pacific Secret.

Late and dry hopped with some of our favourite Southern Hemisphere hops; Vic Secret and Pacifica, hence the name! These hops offer lots of tropical fruits like pineapple and passionfruit. We chose a French Saison yeast as this offers more citrus rather than spice character in a Saison which blends really well with the fruity hops. Light in body with a dry finish.
At a low ABV, 4.4%, it makes for easy, enjoyable drinking!
