The Full Story

We got together with our neighbours, Trouble Brewing, to bring you a Belgian classic with a twist. We knew we would have to think of something witty to call it so that’s exactly what we did. This hazy “White” beer has warming and refreshing hints of Lemongrass, Ginger, Lime and Pear, All of which are additions we made to the collaboration brew. On drinking this lively brew expect big notes of lemongrass, supported by the ginger and black lime while the finish is fresh with hints of Belgian yeast and pear.
