Yankee Doodle is a beer we have wanted to brew for a long time! It’s basically Yankee White IPA’s big brother – a double version. This year we were not able to contract Amarillo that we needed for our Yankee recipe..so when we got to the last 10kg we decided to put it ALL in Yankee Doodle.

Yankee Doodle is a bigger blend of citrus, pear & touch of spice you will recognise from Yankee and because there is a lot more malt to bring Doodle up to 7.5%, there is more body with a more pronounced Belgian character from the Wit yeast….We think you’ll love this as much as we do!
