Whiskey a Go Go

Collaborations don’t come much more eagerly-anticipated than this. Towards the end of last year we bottled up an Irish coffee stout, in partnership with our friends at The Dubliner Whiskey. It went down a treat: all the wonder of an Irish coffee, in a barrel-aged stout made with casks provided by the distillery. No surprise it sold out completely upon its release.

Move the project on a bit and we’re delighted to see the fruits of everyone’s labour: The Dubliner Whiskey Beer Cask Series. After our Irish Coffee stout was bottled, the distillery used the casks and refilled them with whiskey. Now that’s proper recycling!

This limited edition series is available now at the Dublin Liberties Distillery and will be launched in France and Australia in coming months. Rascals was the first brewery to get involved, and DLD have produced an exciting coupling of Dubliner 3yo blend with our coffee stout casks, making for a whiskey packed with personality.

This could be start of a beautiful relationship. Cheers!
