Beer We Go: What’s Pouring at Happy Days Beer & Food Festival

Beer we go! Let’s have a look at some of the beers we’ll have on tap at our first Rascals Happy Days Beer & Food festival on September 21st. This is all about the best of Irish craft beer and supporting local breweries. Check out the lineup below, which we’ll regularly update.

We’re delighted to have White Gypsy on board for Happy Days. The Tipperary brewery will have Framboise, raspberry Saison wheat blend here for you to enjoy on September 21st.

We’ll have Coolship 2018 Blueberry spontaneous fermentation 6.3%  barrel aged fruit beer from Tom Delaney’s Land & Labour project; it promises to be a very special ale with such an adventurous brewing process. Speaking of special, our friends in Whiplash will have Fatal Deviation 10% imperial stout on tap; stout lovers rejoice! And the legends at Brehon are providing a cask of Crann Beatha, whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout.

If you’re into ciders, we’ll have Twisted Apple dry-hopped cider by McIvor’s from the aptly-nicknamed Orchard county, Armagh.

O Brother Brewing know a thing or two about making new and interesting beers. We’ll be pouring Vices of Levity, a 4% dry-hopped Mosaic sour, from the Wicklow brewery.

Relax the Cacks session pale ale from Brewtonic will be on tap, and Dot Brew are providing Capture of Muscat: a pale Saison aged in French oak and Muscat barrels.

On tap from Galway Bay Brewing we’ve got One Man Wolf Pack, a double IPA with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem hops, in collaboration with none other than To Øl from Denmark.

Third Barrel have promised an exclusive dry hopped peach Brett and Boundary  will be treating you to Imbongirifc DIPA.
