We had tremendous fun today as we welcomed the Muireann O’Connell show from Today FM to Rascals HQ. Muireann and the gang were broadcasting here to mark Science Week 2018.

Rascals co-founder Cathal was on hand to chat to Muireann about the science behind brewing, including a story about a hoppy ale he once made which quickly turned and ended up tasting like boiled cabbage. Who knows, there could be a market for a boiled cabbage IPA out there.
